Welcome to Finest Painting PTY LTD. By engaging our painting services, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Finest Painting PTY LTD offers residential and commercial painting services, including interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, and related maintenance work. All services are provided as quoted and agreed upon in writing.
2. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or unforeseen conditions arise after work has commenced.
- Any variations will be discussed with the client before proceeding.
3. Booking and Deposits
- A booking is confirmed once both parties agree in writing (email or signed agreement).
- A deposit may be required before work commences. The deposit amount will be clearly outlined in your quote or invoice.
- Remaining balance is payable upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept payment via bank transfer or any method outlined in the invoice.
- Late payments may incur interest or collection fees as permitted by law.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
- If work is cancelled without proper notice, the deposit may be non-refundable to cover lost time and costs.
- Rescheduling is possible but subject to availability.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for removing or protecting personal items, furniture, and valuables before painting begins.
- Any pets should be secured, and access should be provided to the areas requiring work.
- Any delays caused by the client may result in additional charges.
7. Workmanship Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our work. Finest Painting PTY LTD offers a 3 year workmanship guarantee on completed new painting services. This guarantee covers peeling, blistering, or flaking due to improper application. It does not cover:
- Damage due to structural movement, water leaks, or poor maintenance
- Normal wear and tear or damage caused by external factors
8. Limitation of Liability
Finest Painting PTY LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the amount paid for those services.
9. Privacy
We value your privacy. Personal information collected for communication or service delivery is kept secure and is only accessed by the Director of Finest Painting PTY LTD. For more, see our Privacy Policy.
10. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive behavior. We reserve the right to restrict access or take legal action in the case of misuse.
11. Governing Law
